More Milestones for Samantha!

Samantha has hit quite a few milestones recently, so this post is for her. She got her first haircut on Valentine's Day. She had quite the little mullet so we reluctantly cut about 2 inches off. As sad as it was to see it go after it took so long to grow in, it looks much better now. She also got her first molar, which wasn't the happiest milestone for her. Especially since she has three others that are very close and pretty sore. She is using so many words and starting to make phrases. We were very excited to take her on her first horse-pulled wagon ride. She loved seeing the horses and at first called them doggies. We went to Rexburg's Snow-Fest where all the activities were free. We had a great time freezing and were very happy that they had a bonfire. Samantha is starting to understand that there is a baby in Mommy's belly, so she loves being mommy to her baby dolls. She feeds them, and tries putting her diapers (clean ones) on them. Most of all she loves her Daddy, they have so much fun together, even when they're just relaxing.

Before the haircut. (Sorry I forgot to take a good before picture.)
Here she is after her haircut! Eating lunch!
Another after picture.

Just relaxing with Daddy! One of her favorite things to do!

She loved the horses, even though they were so big!

We were freezing because the wind was blowing in our faces.

EWWW!

Last night I decided it was time to get Sam ready for bed. I was changing her diaper and realized that I hadn't gotten the new diaper ready to put on yet. Needless to say while I was getting the diaper ready, she escaped and went running into the kitchen where Chris was. The next thing I hear is, "EW! She's peeing!" and then "EW, she slipped and fell in it!" I got up and went in to see Chris holding her as far away from him as possible and going to the sink, of all places. (in case she went again!) All I could do was laugh! So, Samantha got another bath, which she was very happy about. And I got to clean up her mess as usual!
