I can't believe its been so long since my last post, I'm sure you are all tired of waiting! Things have been a little crazy! We were able to go to Utah and Nevada to see Chris' family! We had a really great time and Sam got to see her Gramdparents and Aunt Sarah for the first time! A HUGE thank you to John and Lisa for housing, feeding, and planning for all of us! Then when we got home Samantha wasn't feeling good which turned out to be ear infections (yeah, that's plural on purpose, she has one in each ear!) That explains why she was kinda cranky on our trip! Anyway, here are some pictures of our trip!
Chris took his kiteboarding gear and we bought a wakeboard so the boys could play!

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember! 2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

We had a great and very memorable 4th of July weekend. We went to the parade here in Rexburg Friday morning, which was surprisingly big. As you can tell in the picture Sam slept through about half of it. Then Chris wanted to go fly his new kiteboarding trainer kite in the Stake center parking lot. Which ended soon after he began when the kite got stuck at the very top of a huge parking lot light pole. After an hour or so some friends came to try and help us. Finally after a few phone calls and interupting other people's 4th, some other friends came to the rescue with a really long pole and we got it down. Of course by this time it was after 4:00 PM (we started flying the kite at 11:45 AM) and we were all starving and really overheated! So we went to the Stokes for a BBQ and much needed swim in their pool! Sam loved the water and her swimming lesson with Daddy!
